To confirm the reservation the owner will send a deposit of USD $200 which is not refundable but will be set off against training fees.

The titels to obtain are:

The trainer will receive USD$ ......... for his work plus cost to show the dog.

A female can be bred to a stud of the owner’s choice before being shipped to the USA.
Breeding-cost are not included in above mentioned price and but are to be paid extra and upfront the breeding.

The dog will not be send back to the owner until all cost are paid for in full.

The owner will also pay Euro €30 (female) / €45 (male) for boarding per month.

The owner pays a downpayment of Euro €.......... towards the training-fees when sending the dog. The trainer starts from the fact that the owner tested the dog to make sure the dog meets the requirements to be titeled. If the trainer finds out during training that the dog will not be able to pass the training due to his talents, he can send it back to the owner. Deposit and downpayment will not be refunded but taken for the work the trainer already invested in the dog.

If the dogs gets injured or ill during trainer it is to be taken to the trainer's vet immediately and the owner is to be informed about it. Extensive treatment will only be done arrangement and agreement of owner. The trainer will pay for the treatment only if he was responsible for the injury/illness. If it is not the trainer's fault the owner will have to pay for the vet-costs.

The owner will be held responsible for all damage his dog does.

The trainer can't tell a fix date when the training will be done. He also can not guarantee that the dog will obtain all his titels. If the trainer finds out during training that the dog will not be able to obtain the required titels, he still has to be paid for the parts he already passed with the dog.
